Launched a cloud kitchen offering gourmet savoury food. This was Rohit’s first entrepreneurial step in food service.
During the second lockdown, we came together to prepare and deliver healthy, nourishing meals to individuals and families in need. This captures moments of compassion, teamwork, and resilience as we worked to ensure no one was left behind during a time of crisis.
I started from a home studio, taking custom cake orders and testing a product backed by months of R&D.
Launched the first physical outlet for ROCH Cake Studio, alongside the cloud kitchen. It was a hands-on experiment to explore the premium cake segment in depth.
Shut down the physical outlet and shifted fully to a cloud kitchen model to optimize quality, cost, and delivery efficiency. This pivot allowed ROCH to scale up while maintaining premium quality.
Initial trials led to rave reviews. One common client reaction: “We can’t eat from other bakeries anymore.” ROCH quietly built a premium, loyal clientele—including celebrities (via confidential orders).
