As all our products are customised and freshly made-to-order, we follow a transparent Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy to ensure clarity for both customers and our team.
1. Cancellation & Postponement Policy ❌
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or refund is not possible under any circumstances.
We request all customers to carefully check all details (design, flavour, delivery date & time) before confirming an order.
Postponement or Changes ⚠️
We do allow minor changes or postponing your order, based on these conditions:

For self-pickup orders, ROCH Cake Studio is not responsible for any damage caused during customer transportation.
4. Special Day Orders 😍
Orders placed for special days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, New Year, etc., are strictly non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy 🫰

In rare exceptions (at ROCH Cake Studio's discretion), any approved refund will be given as ROCH Credits — which can be redeemed for future purchases within a specific time frame.
